Eyup, everybody. As some of you know (or not care), dracis.com runs on Ubuntu and there's a new Ubuntu version out, so I just started an update process. There shouldn't be any problems (I hope) with the webserver or the gameservers, but if there are, then you know why. It shouldn't take too long, I'm hoping 1.5 hours tops.

Vulpini has created a facebook group for Dracis to try and spread the word and get some new members. If you have got a facebook account can you join the group and spread the word around your friends. The more members we get the more people there will be to play against. Join here

And we are back... took longer than expected. -Many- changes in the database and the server code. I tested a lot... I hope things won't blow up. If you see anything unusual in your statistics or so... please inform me!

There will be a bit of Dracis game server downtime this afternoon... starting now. Sorry about that, but I'm working on a rather large database change and it's better to do this while no games can occur. I don't think it will take very long.

Aloha. It has been a bit quiet on Dracis lately... I was busy with smaller projects and work. I will start with the Flash port of Poker today, tho. I also might move some more features from the old site to the new one, as the game stats and best lists would really be nice to have.

Good news, by the way: Thanks to some of you die-hard Tien Len players, there's an almost constant small player population on the Tien Len server now. That's quite an achievement and mostly your achievement, so thank you. :) This also is reflected in the latest game stats... with July 2007 heading for over 15,000 games! (The last two months only barely stayed below 11,000)

There were some wiki format changes -again-. I know, I know... but I think the format is a good and consistent one now. So if you changed your profile already and used any macros, then they will be broken now.

Refer to the wiki help for the revised macro syntax. It's an easy fix, but I realize it is annoying... so sorry once more.
